Here is the way to go to RiverDawn's city by rails. Go to Borjan train station and take north direction until you arrive at Brotherhood Northen Crossroads. Then, take the northeast direction until you arrive at a checkpoint, then take the south direction path. You can see a big Praxia sign. Just be...
