Also we have a new problem, ennazeus has suddenly made a claim that covers a very small area of space needed. So i'll try and get her to modify the claim or buy it / whatever.

I hear they have some very good rooms at the Two Beards, relatively low rent too. Beer's not too good, but lovely location by the river and the castle.
