Re: The Building Of the Imperial City: Now with moar work!
Hey Infesord, when do you normally go on? I was hoping to help, but you're the only guy I can get tools from.

Re: The Building Of the Imperial City: Now with moar work!
Call me stupid, but I can't seem to find a way into the IC. According to the OP, there is an entrance to it in the main hub, but I'll be damned if i can find it. Where is it?

Re: Arogon's novel :D
Things that might need looking at: 1) The opening sentence is really long. It's 50+ words. Opening sentences have to be short and snappy. 2) Remember that the opening line serves to hook the reader into your story. If you look at most opening lines, they rely on clever word play, or a mystery, or a ...

Re: What does your (Minecraft) house say about you?
My house is a 2-story, red brick town house. Fairly small and quaint, but precariously positioned atop a very tall and narrow plateau. I don't think it says much. I'd like to think it illustrates how much I hate the massive, over-abundant dirt/cobblestone castles. Yes I know they are convenient buil...

There has been no reply to a lot of these. I posted my request weeks ago. Just getting a slight concern that this reduction will happen next week and obliterate mine and everyone else's projects.

Re: So, what's your house like?
I've got a couple, but my typical haunt is a modest redbrick town house, balancing precariously atop a massive, steep pinnacle. I am in the process of building a whole town around it though. A rather different looking town in that it is more colourful and on more varied terrain than most: Town proje...

Re: 1.7 Pistons - Idea Bucket!
I'd like to have a structure that can alternate between two totally different shapes at the press of the button. Sort of inspired by the Citadel in Half Life 2, which extends/unfolds when it goes into a code red alert. It would give the structure a kind of advanced, alien appearance.

Annoyingly, my new town project is just over the edge. It is located within this square: Corner A: x=1355, z=-2586 Corner B: x=1355, z=-2638 Corner C: x=1252, z=-2638 Corner D: x=1252, z=-2586 It consists of tall, colourful buildings, a ship, a large warehouse, a small castle, and a brick house atop...

Re: BTW im going to Malaysia...
I loved Malaysia! Hope you enjoy it. Very chilled out. Just watch out for sewer grates on the sidewalk (they break when you step on them) and street crossings (motorists won't stop for them, or anyone crossing the road for that matter).

I have a 1200 block long railway in current development that begins at Clifford's tower station (x:1272, z: -2599) and goes all the way to a stop near the "Three King's Hotel", around x:0, z: -2599. Would be interested in getting in on this

Everything was still in my inventory, but I spawned in the middle of nowhere. I started taking damage somehow (no mobs around), so I tried teleporting to /home just before I died. I was teleported to another random location, 100 feet off of the ground, where i fell to my death and lost everything. O...

Re: What's your Opinion of the New Map?
I've managed to find a gorgeous area fileld with steep mountains, massive canyons and caves, right by the sea. Built my home there. Only problem is that it is in the middle of nowhere.
