Looking for builders of small boats to fit in a river setting! Build your own boat at the docks provided by me at my property in Far North Tolteca. You will be given space to build in, with the ability to modify the terrain as necessary. Once it's built, I will build the docks, and voila! Your own get-away.

Also, if your into airships, feel free to build here as well! As I am making this post, SMWasder is creating his own!

In order to get to the property, take the North rail from Tolteca spawn, head to the left and more north to the subway, and take the Red Line to the Far North Station. From there, follow the path outside to the docks. Contact me about getting a spot!

This is perfect. im no good at big things but i have made several designs for small airships and boats that looked very decent Ill be heading over there tonight.
