I may be willing to sell an enchanted boomerang on terraria to some one for the right price.
Also i want to buy some armor (separately from the boomerang selling)

The problem with terraria is that once you have the top tier equipment it becomes laughably easy to track down anything you might be missing, especially went you can do solo dungeon raids without dying. As such you market for selling a mid range item like the bomerang is pretty limited. Most vets will already have it, and most newbies won't be able to afford it.
I have some shadow armour you can have if you like, or I can get you some necro armour from the dungeon.

I guess you can't make the same mistake I made because of the patch where a nightmare pick is required to mine Hellstone, but I went straight to Hell in Gold armor and Jesus Christ it was so terrible farming Hellstone. It really shouldn't be difficult to kill the corruption bosses to make demonite armor. I would recommend making a phaseblade out of meteorite, then going down to Hell and farming the skeleton worms for a Sunfury. The better weapons really trivialize the rest of the game.

Terraria has become horribly monotonous. As mentioned above, once you have everything, I don't see the point of the game since building things is kinda... lame.

You have to mine iron to make an anvil, then you can make armor and tools out of iron, silver, and gold. You have to make a separate room consisting of a table, chair, door, and torch for each additional NPC, there are six NPCs total. Skeletons have a chance to drop a hook, then you can use iron to make chains and craft a hookshot.
MAJOR SPOILERS BELOW:
Also, one last tip, the size of your world matters A LOT. Small worlds are tiny and large worlds are HUGE. We're talking a difference of beating the game on small versus barely hitting valuable ore on large in the same amount of time.

That's why you make a bed and set your spawn point right above Hell, you should be prepared to die five million times. It makes it a lot easier if you play with a friend, one of you mines while the other fights off imps/bone worms.
