Buying Dirt and Hiring Dirt Placers. Pay is in dias & lapis

Okay so my town TransCentral needs dirt to flatten out the land. However we also need Dirt Placers (under my supervision) to place the dirt and make the place flatten.
2stx of dirt= 1 iron. Inventoty load: 1 diMond 5 iron
Dirtplacers: two diamonds each plus 1blk of lapis. Pay will be recieved when the job is DONE.
Any queations?

How long does each dirt placer have to work? and do they bring their own dirt, or is it supplied?
Because i'll need more then 2 dia if you want me to mass-scale place my own dirt.

Idk about timing. We supply dirt but Im currently out. Were finished for a while bc we did main side of rails.

One full inventory is 36 stacks.
36 = 1d 5i
36 = 1d 5i
28 = 14i
Total by your pricing: 2 diamonds and 24 iron in exchange for 100 stacks of dirt.
