Hey, this is Tanis, and I was wondering if anyone had some testificates to spare in borjan?
I need 4 of em, and will be to transporting them to Branchscape and Frovis.

How does one transfer a Testificate?
Also, I hear the local pony Vallorn does testification of LL-Citystates.
That's just the word from the street though, yo.

Right, but LL is in fyra :/
As for transportation, you have to get them in carts.. and cart them...
