I'm Kindy, from a small-ish city in the central United States, a fulltime pharmacy (or maybe it will be mathematics?) student. I discovered and joined this server when a friend of mine, who does not play Minecraft, who indeed does not even see the allure of it, nevertheless was reading about it and happened to stumble upon this website. He linked me to it, and I logged in that night. 
I'm building a grand treehouse in an out-of-the-way location, so far seen by only a couple mods who dropped by when I was breaking my own glass.
Good to know we have such a responsive team! I'll join a city when I'm done with it, but I like having a place that is the result of my handiwork alone, not to mention the self-sufficiency that comes with it (must work on a mob tower next...).I think the draw of Minecraft for me lies in my obsession, as a child, with Lego. I never built what was on the Lego package, but always built what I felt like building. Minecraft achieves the same feeling perfectly; it's one of the greatest games I've ever played.
Anyway, good to meet you all, though I've met many of you in game the past few weeks already.
