Escapecraft

Whats up you guys, I just joined the server today and am already having a great time. A little backstory, im an admin from another large server (about 10,000 registered users) and was given a month to take a bread if I so chose. I figured I would use my time off to check out some other popular servers and one of the first ones i tried out was Escapecraft. I had been here once a looong time ago, and i remember spawning on a boat, but other than that, this was my first time I had joined. I spoke with a mod named Laptop about how things are handled here (griefers, new players etc,) to see how ours compared, and to be honest, this server treats new players much better than my other server. Here they get the attention they need (I needed) and having this really helps people feel welcome. I needed quite a bit of starting out help, primarily on commands/plugins etc, since on the other server, the creator and coder make all of the plugins themselves, so I hadnt seen most of the ones that are on here. I hope to stay here the duration of my time off and even past that. I'm having a great time so far and can't wait to meet the rest of you (I left out the other server name on the off chance "advertising" is a no no)

Well, in the same way you enjoy the helpful mod/mentor team, we enjoy new players who actually know how to read. I hope you have a good time on Escapecraft. You seem like exactly the kind of player we appreciate having around.

Try and catch an event if you can. There lots of fun and you get rewards. Oh and try not to annoy the e-team if you like pvp.
