Having a Let's Play team from all over the world, there is of course going to be the problem of time-zones.
In order to work around this problem we need everyone in the Let's Play gang to post their name, timezone name and UTC/GMT difference in this
thread, then i can make a table and upload it bellow. Google doco here:

Remind other Let's Players to post theirs, or if you know theirs post for em.
(and please add your UTC difference like i asked >.<)
Also Invun, are you even part of the Lets Play group? I ask as your name isnt on the "games i own" table.

That games table has several people on there that are no longer interested, and it's missing a couple of our current people.. I haven't removed them because it's still fairly useful information if they ever decide to join up again.
Here's my timezone: CST, UTC - 6

Fair enough.
Also how do i upload the table so everyone can see AND edit it? Like the "Games you have" one?

If it's a Google spreadsheet, there should be a setting when you save it, something along the lines of "Anyone can view or edit this document." Select that instead of sharing it with email addresses.

Oh the wonders of Google.
Now you can all add it yourselves!

If anyone knows how to make the spreadsheet automatically sort by "column B" Z>A and then "column A" A>Z
automatically AND go "If B2=GMT, than make C2=O" Than PLEASE by all means add it and tell me how >.>

Eh, I thought all of our Civ sessions made me a qualifiable Let's Player by now.
I haven't bothered initially to put my own column in on that spreadsheet because of the fact I assumed I wouldn't be doing anything in this - not to mention the spreadsheet's a bit sloppy now with all those columns

. I could still fill it in with the games I own though, if need be.

Select column headers >>> Data -> Sort Range and select how you want it to sort.
I would suggest a lookup table for the TimeZone -> UTC conversion
(I can do said things if needed)

I did the sort range thing, but when new entries are put in, it still doesn't automatically sort/correct the data.
I dont really understand how to make a lookup table or what it will actually do. So can you please sort that out

I just want "UTC" to auto-fill when data in Timezone is put in.

I wrote a quick auto-update script, which will sort by UTC descending and then player name.
The lookup table is off to the right and can be expanded as necessary.

Thanks to you both. I have also added two other columns for Time Availability: Weekdays and Weekends. Please put info there as well, I would prefer it in Server Time (CST), but you can go ahead and put it in your timezone and I can convert it. This just needs to be a simple approximation of when you're available to play. This is pretty much for me so I can set you up in teams with like schedules. You can see mine for an example.

Added a new column, DLS (daylight savings) As parts of Australia just started daylight savings. Remember to add another +1 UTC when working out timezones with DLS being observed. (so AEST is now +11 hours UTC >.<)
And remember to keep the column up to date when need be.
