Lag

I'n not sure if it's today or what, but im getting terrible lag on the tekkit server. Things work for about a second or two then have another 5 second delay, and so on. It making machines work incredibly slowly, and building/mining near impossible. I was wondering if anyone knew what what causing it or what could be done to fix it.

I couldn't find the cause, but a restart fixed it.
