What do you always carry with you?

I was randomly thinking, I ALWAYS have a ton of stuff with me WHEREVER I go. Just wondering what everyone else deems as necessary when playing to carry with them.

Here is what I carry;


As you can see;

1 Stack of Cobble.
1 Stack of Wood.
1 Stack of Dirt.
1 Stack (often less) of Ladders.
1 or more Crafting Tables.
1 Stack of Sticks.
2 Stacks of Torches.
3 Porkchops.
1 Bow & Stack of Arrows.
1 Diamond Sword.
1 Diamond Pickaxe.
1 of each Stone tools; Pickaxe, Shovel, Axe.

They are always organized that way in my inventory too, making finding stuff easy.

I carry a stick everywhere I go. That's it.

A pick of some kind, usually stone
A shovel of some kind, usually stone
A lava bucket
A water bucket
Torches

Also, whenever I go mining, I always have wood.

With me, I tend to carry a stack of cobble, planks, dirt, sticks, & torches, a full set of diamond tools , armour & sword, a bucket, 3 cooked porkchops, a watch, a bow, a stack of arrows, and some ladders.

i take Cobble Logs, a pick, shovel and sword, F&S, 3 Lava Buckets maybe TNT, a stack of Coal and a water bucket.

sometimes i take Cooked Pork but i usualy slaughter pigs while im out so im good.

Iron picks and lots of 'em.
A sword, shovel, and sometimes an axe.
Torches. Plus coal and wood to make more.
A bow and a stack of arrows.
Cooked pork.
Diamond/gold ore/iron ore if it's been a good mining session.
An inventory full of cobblestone if it hasn't.

Edit: I'm often travelling, and until yesterday when I was given a free house, I never even had a permanent house, so whatever I have on me is whatever I have.

A log or stick.

A wooden sword.

A stack or so of torches.

A watch.

A compass.

Thats what I like to carry. Usually, though im full of cobble cause of ic.

Among other things, full iron armor and enough iron bars to build a full second set. I replace armor when it drops below 50% integrity.

I carry a full set of tools, couple stacks of torches, stack of dirt, compass, watch, and a ton of valuable mats that'll make me ragequit when I die.

Also, I've been carrying derpboxes lately so if you ever have to save my stuff, Furd, there'll be a box waiting.

Why stone not diamonds?
I'm digging a massive hole and stone is cheap and easy. And I want to save iron for 'special' things.

I'd say that in most experiences, using Iron is better cause it lasts much longer and isn't much slower than diamond. With the increased speed and durability, you can increase the rate of which you can find more iron, which in turn fuels your Iron Tool usage and Iron stockpiling. Thats usually what I do, stone tools are just too slow and annoying to use if you're going to be doing a lot of digging. The only thing I would ever make out of stone is a hoe, as a stone hoe can still till a lot of dirt and its not like an iron or a diamond hoe makes it go any faster.

I use iron for everything and still end up with stacks left over. I don't even bother mining it anymore unless it's in the way.
