Re: ctf in pvp
Hope it doesn't get griefed

Re: ctf in pvp
Oh, right. PVP allows griefing. Maybe the mods will make an exception?

Re: ctf in pvp
Lol no pvp is PVP. There is no real rules. For example not even my house (WIP) is protected. I suggest doing a demo in a non pvp world and see if we can copy it over.

We're not cuboiding a CTF thing.
Re: ctf in pvp
Who says you need an arena? All the factions in the PvP could agree to set a flag in their base, and see if anyone of the opposing factions could try and take it. I'm not interested in PvP, but a flat simple arena wouldn't work for minecraft. Personally the best kind of CTF is out in the woods with trees and hills, making it a challenge to find the flag.
Also too, in CTF usually you have a line separating each side. You can only tag/attack someone who is on your side. Obviously you can't do that sort of thing in PvP (I'm not even sure there are plug-ins that would allow such a side-based thing). It could be cool because you also have the sprint function with the cooldown/energy function so you have to use it when you need it to escape or chase someone down, and anyone without sprint would be boned.
