I would love a VACATIONAL(so its i live there like VERY Rarely)home and i would just go there when mill city is in need of a trade buddy(Now) please consider... and i wont just randomly leave...

well thats the only reason i could think of for him not being allowed...

He left Draconax after Delphi helped him start up, and then came back asking for a plot when his plans in Corinth fell through, so Delphi exiled him.
