okay what spelling issues i dont see any. i understand my grammar isnt good (typed while drunk hurr duur) but i cant see any spelling mistakes.

also i went over it and fixed the capitals and punctuation.

Saxton Hale doesn't duel, he massacres.

Yes. And in the event of a massacre Saxton Hale is declared the winner by default. It's an excellent way to deal with most problems. Of course the use of Saxton Hale in a dual, pie eating contest, or any form of athletics competition, is considered a war crime and will land you in pretty deep trouble if caught. Just be sure not to leave any witnesses.
