Beard-Tec has taken the decision to annex the settlement of Fort ITL as part of renovations to Vault 88.

Annexation shall commence in two weeks, all those with property within fort ITL are advised to move it.
This applies to Vault 88 as well.

as the last survivor of Old V88 can i keep my house there Beard?

Well according to Vallorn it is. I know that still doesnt hold up well, but its better to keep vallorn jovial and quiet than annoyed and talkative.

I recaptured it from this scurrilous curr and have set about Unrenovating it to fix the damage he did (like wiping away all the houses in F'ITL)
