So is the work on the TBA building in the light blue wedge still on-going (kinda looks like a bank/vault), or is it on hold indefinitely?

I asked this question last Q&A
The answer Wokka provided was basically;
'We had something in mind for it, updates came, plugins broke and we are still waiting for the right tools to finish it'

As to what it is, its a secret i guess.
