Thanks to those who alerted me there was a problem with my Fyra house so that I could get the problem worked out. I'm sorry, I can't remember your username (pm me), but I appreciate your neighborliness.

Welcome back, Sister Creep! I've never met you personally, but I came across your island house in borjan where I built my village. It looks like something may have damaged it (wasn't me, I swear!) but if you'd like help rebuilding I'd be more than happy to lend a hand. If you want you can even come join the village! Anyways, welcome back again, neighbour!

Yes, somebody creepered me in Borjan, but the house isn't finished yet, anyway. (I do wish folks would add the homeowner to the apology sign in those cases so we can remove it easily ... grumble grumble) I built it while scouting a new island to move my settlement, but somebody  :D settled it before me! I saw your village, it's very nice. Perhaps we may end up closing the gap between our builds. I'm interested in the 3 bays on "my" side of the island.

That sounds like a great idea, look forward to seeing you online! Thanks for the compliments on the town, they're much appreciated! Be sure to let me know if you ever need help with any of your projects on the island, I usually have a decent stockpile of building material.

Edit:
I built it while scouting a new island to move my settlement, but somebody settled it before me!
My apologies by the way, I had no idea that you had planned to build a large-scale settlement on the island as well! Hopefully I left you enough room for what you had in mind; I can't imagine the village will be getting any bigger and I'm more than willing to share the space and services the village has to offer.
