A wonderful player somehow managed to send a PM out to the entire userbase, including every forum group that existed. I have now made it so that regular users are unable to send PMs to groups, so this kind of unwarranted mass-PM'ing should no longer be a problem.

Since most of you only ever really need to contact individuals, I doubt that this will be an issue. It would be preferable if I didn't have to do this but I'd prefer it didn't happen again.

And now, it won't.

Well considering he sent it to all news recipients you should have.

Are you not a 'News Recipient', 'Mentor', or 'Registered User'?

I also didn't get this mass PM. Just from lord that is, unless he has multiple personalities I don't think he's talking about himself.

I thought users' abilities to send mass PMs were already disabled after the last time this happened?

Last time I just disabled anyone being able to send PMs to the registered users group. I then re-enabled that so that mass news PM could be sent. This time, as I've detailed, I've done things differently.

OH! THAT mass pm... Right, got that one.

I was like oooo i have a PM *looks at PM* What the hell is THIS! *closes browser* time for a little revenge (jk i really just was dumbfounded on how the dude did it )
