Google has announced that they are doing away with wallet, so our option to checkout with google is gone.
I'll look at other options later.

Maybe it is just checkout, they are sending notifications out to people who accept money through google that the service is going away, and to use another service, they have other suggestions, but none as big as Paypal.

Google Wallet replaced Google Checkout, but Google is now downsizing some of the features of Wallet or get rid of it.

We are in process of redoing our donation page, once it's redone, I'll look at getting other payment options besides Paypal

Google Checkout hasn't gone away, simply been renamed by Google Wallet. (The API was changed a bunch though)
Other payment options to consider:

it's gone away for our uses, it's very restrictive now, mainly only good for google play.
I'm not touching bitcoin, mainly because of the issues with the banks and it, plus I can't pay hosting fees to my colo with it, so pretty useless.
We are planning to try out Amazon payment services as an alternative to Paypal, but I have no ETA on that.

This is gonna sound like a sarcastic smart-ass comment but can we mail donations? I'm serious.

Would have thought that would be a bit pointless. For the sake of not using online banking, posting it would be more expensive (ridiculously so from abroad) I'd have thought, and even if it's a cheque do you want to be trusting it to the post service?

Didn't think of that... I've been using my workplace to post things for too long XD

dropping a check in the mail would be a pain, you'd have to wait until it arrived at my doorstop, for me to take it to the bank, then we have to wait for it to clear, it could take 15 days, plus it's a PITA
so no, we'll stick with paypal and work on getting amazon payment services up

Coinbase and BitPay can convert the BTC to USD for you, then give you nightly payouts to any US bank account.

I'll pass on bitcoin, it's not worth the hassle.
