Why I am sorry if you people think I am being mean. We just have had many complaints about bailey's ugly house. I actually might give you another chance, you can keep your stone house. I find it perfectly fine. I may need to talk it over with the mayoral council, though.

Not everyone is a great architect. I find it admirable that bailey showed up to apologize for what he did, and that he's now following the rules of your settlement. Although I don't know the details of what happened because I've never been to Aurora (Argentia?), but he seems like a nice guy.

Second matter of business with you, would you like a Corinthian embassy in your town? I'm not sure what the purpose would be as of yet but it'd look nice, and fill up a bit of space in the town. Send me a PM if you do.

Nobody said he was being evicted for having an ugly house. We've got plenty of those in Aurora (Argentia?)
The fact of the matter is that having been told on numerous occassions he continued to break city rules and failed to act like a member of the community, including refusing to replant in the tree farm and completely emptying the wheat farm for his personal use, replacing this area with reeds when a complaint was made.
In addition to this he continually invaded other people's property WELL outside of his boundaries while mining.

Fuzz i nearly always replant trees when ever i cut some down. I seeded the hole wheat farm on several occasions when i was not even harvesting for my self. sorry about the reeds. Though people may want a change. And im sorry about my mine. I made my mine before before i knew the rules on mines.

Adding to this Byroe was complaining about wanting the branch line off Saphiri to be USSR towns only. This however is not solely Byroes decision. Despite that Byroe and i would like to invite Aurora to be an USSR town, or if not, at least be allies.

Sorry I'm on holiday skiing at the moment and not particularly pre-disposed to spend time on the server can't wait to get back!

Edit: That being said there's a lot of open space in Aurora, near the front, with no particular plans in place. Val if nobody accomodates you by the time you're ready to build a station I'm positive there won't be any objections to you just finding an empty spot and going right ahead with construction.
Everyone else don't take this as an excuse not to bother if you're about and having nothing better to do!

Who also fixed the damage afterward... In fact all problems started with you Fuzz after you started harassing him about the accident, he simply defended himself.

... No. I was responsible for an accident which I rectified at the time.
A creeper went off near ME close to HIS house, and I stayed to help him fix it with my own stuff as I felt that was only fair.
I came back hours later to find several holes in my house and bailey leading a creeper in that general direction.
He went offline moments after I appeared and I was (understandably) unable to make a formal complaint on the basis that I only had "circumstantial evidence". I had to repair everything on my own.
Again, I implore you to read this whole thread properly because it's all here.

I'd also ask what possible reason I could have for picking on someone without good reason or cause. This is a game I look forward to playing after work, and this server is a community I enjoy being a part of. You're generally a fun bunch, and I've been more than happy to help newcomers (such as Cyphafrost) settle down and learn a thing or two just as I was helped when I first arrived.
I've got no reason to cause drama and risk a ban, if I were really going to troll people or greif or whatever, believe me I'd go all out instead of piddling about with inane crap like this... But it's just not in my nature.
I'm just tired, really really tired of having to deal with this guy and each installment of his rubbish, one tiny push at a time, when I'm just trying to enjoy a bit of Minecraft at the end of the day.

I am genuinely sorry if my sense of humour, particularly on the forum, has occasionally gone over the line but I'd like to remind anyone questioning my motivations that I've behaved myself where it counts on the server.

Evil, If I'm not mistaken, Aurora is a republic-ish government. You and you alone can't oust me from Aurora, you would have to call a submayor /mayor meeting. The submayoral council Shouldhave veto over you. I am pretty sure I am on the good side of most of the council. Meeting ajourned/
