Vault 88 is about 1-2 mins walk from Spawn... no need for TP's
and afly. Beard still has a stake in the Vault but Junkman and Sniper (the other two origional Overseers) seem to have vanished.
and the vault is a freaking maze... hell i keep finding new stuff tucked away in corners.
