we at VallCo are pleased to bring you a new town in Fyra!

MagmaVale is a mining based settlement at the southern border of Fyra and we have to enlarged the underground region enough to put housing down there.

getting here couldnt be easier. just head down the South Line in Fyra all the way to the end of the track then its right ahead of you signposted with a Magma and Water feature (avoid the plank bridge thats not ours)


(please note that MagmaVale is directly attributed to CuT via VallCo and to the Raven Empire via CuT and Vallorn)

Builder rules are here:

all server rules apply of course

no resticted building materials but please use cobble and dirt tastefully. noone wants a building made entirely from mud or pebbles.

Plot size is 1-4 magma squares (youl see when your in there) in any combination

Buildings must be tastefull.

Vallorn can provide some mats to aid tastefullness if he has any spare

Vallorn reserves the right to modify your house if its ugly as sin and tear it down if your banned/gone from the server for months.

no height/depth limits to your house but please try to be considerate of others when digging.

please use the public mine located behind the main staircase for mines
its made of sandstone and glass so its not hard to miss.

The Main Hall Update Section:
huuuge update going here.

due to the massive success of the main chamber i blasted out some more space for houses off to one side. im happy to say that the flooring in there is about 80% done and thanks to our gracious Admin we now have a working hospital in there!

as a side note the area under said floor is riddled with holes so if you build on there be carefull.

the last bits of the Volcano are finished as well! here's how it looks now! we now have a train link to the Mentor Resort. it can be accessed in the entrance to the reed and cacti farms beside AquaPunk's home or by a lift in a small wooden structure by the lava fountains at the edge of the landclaim.

and id like to thank all my residents for making MagmaVale the great town it is!

The title of this thread is one of the rare occasions where it would have been funnier if you had misspelled "Fyra" like everyone else does.

Well, it would've made me laugh at least.

on a more serious note. no im building at Y20+ to prevent slimes. however the 2 blocks below it will be hollow for anyone who wants to fight Slimes.

probably iron. i had excess Netherrack when i made the entrance. nevertheless. im updating the OP with screenies of the work aqua's pick and my TNT have done so far.

i dont want to put even more screens in the OP so thier going here. i finished the main cavern/room.

UPDATE: i built the first proper house in the main cavern. put up an entrance for Blacks Strip Club and built a room for the Cauldrons to go in.

Aqua is currently nuking a large part of wall to expand.

Iron can you talk with SMW about your basement? hes saying you built into his plot abd he wants to build a basement. i hope you two can talk this out and agree on a mutualy beneficial arrangement because if you dont i may have to take measures to sort this out myself.

no im good for magma thanks to Inf. (three inventories of lava buckets were enough) thanks for the offer mate.

also i built a set of generators in a side room. these include:

• a double obsidian generator
  
  an EZ Glowstone Generator
  
  a semi functional cobble generator.

dont abuse them and have fun!.

That was pretty much my reaction. It's easily the largest pool I've ever seen, now on its way to becoming a massive amount of obsidian...

PANIC! CHAOS! our fist ever recorded incident of Griefing was discovered in the lava floor by the entrance yesterday! (i thank the sharp eyes of Itl for spotting it) and promptly fixed!

also i forgot to mention i have 2 new residents living opposite Wokkas Hospital! theyre both newish to the server so the houses arnt quite as good as the rest but they still look very nice
