A shot, a ringing, and Galitsky's cry.
"FUCK!"
Galitsky fell forward, the note slipping from his hands. Sergei's gun was smoking. (-70HP)
"SHIT, SERGEI!" Eric screamed, rushing for the note. Too late. The note was slowly falling, tilting back and forth as it travelled through the air to the ground below.
Lucia burst through the main doors, rushing in between Eric and Sergei, pistol raised, shotgun by her side. She leaped over Galitsky and out the window.
In an amazing act, she let the pistol drop, reaching for the small piece of paper, and landing on the roof of a nearby building (-10HP). She slowly pulled herself up and peered over the edge. The police below, ants from her view, yelled, and two men took chase, climbing a set of emergency stairs on the side of the building.
Lucia rushed to the emergency stairs and fired down, hitting one officer in the leg. The other officer dragged his partner back to safety, and Lucia contemplated her ways of escape this time.
'Why is it always me in these situations?' she asked herself.

Lucia

a) Take the emergency stairs down - The police will try to arrest you
b) Go inside the building - The police will try to shoot you, as you're a danger to the people inside
c) Put your hands up adn let the police arrest you
d) Take the emergency stairs and fire at the police - They'll try to shoot you back'
e) Try to leap from rooftop to rooftop until you're safe - Possibility of falling

Galitsky bent forward, his hands over his bloody chest. He screamed in pain as Eric, James and Sergei peered through the broken window.
"Who the fuck was that?" Eric asked.
"What about this asshole?" Sergei nodded to Galitsky.
Eric pushed his gun to Galitsky's head and grinned. Suddenly, the maintenance door burst open, and four cops rushed in.
James rushed to tackle them, but fell back, blood gushing from his stomach.

Eric

a) Shoot Galitsky and escape through the window to a nearby rooftop
b) Hold Galitsky as a hostage to ensure safety
c) Shoot Galitsky and escape through the main doors
d) Shoot Galitsky and escape through the maintenance door

If you escape:
a) Try to take James with you
b) Leave him

Sergei

a) Shoot at the cops
b) Escape through the main doors
c) Escape through the maintenance doors
d) Escape through the window

You can read it. The main thing to remember, is if there's a spoiler, unless otherwise stated, you shouldn't read it until you've made your choice.

Turner's were the worst kind in the eyes of Bormillio and many of the criminals. They deserved slow deaths.
He was a Turner, yes, but Christian was a cop.
Christian kicked Barmaine hard, before rolling him over. He slammed the cuffs on him and rolled him back onto his back so they were face to face.
"Where are they going?" he yelled into Joe's face.
"I dunno what you-"
Christian smacked Barmaine over the face. "Where the hell did Kindig and Alejandros go?"
"I don't know! Home? I have no God damn clue!"
Christian sighed and thought for a moment. "What do you know about Lombardi?"
"What the fuck are you talking about?"
"Did Turner ever mention him? Any plans of his?"
"Look, I dunno shit!"
Christian used the cuffs to chain the guy to a wall and left. He needed to find Galitsky.

Name: Max Xavier (Likely Fake)

Age: 27

Appearance: 5'10" noticeable build, yet lean. Short black hair, usually styled upright, shaved ocasionally. Facial hair varies by week. Wears dark, inconspicuous clothing, usually lined with pockets, both visible and concealed. Favors jackets, cargo pants, and is never seen without large skate shoes.

Personality: Existence of one questionable, possibly multiple. Introvert, straightforward, experienced and calculative. Sporadic, spontaneous, and unpredictable. Extremely secretive. Inconspicuous.

Background: Ex-Marine/Con/Drug lord: all speculations of Max's past from the people he deals with. Most likely from southern California, Max places no significance in the details of his past, even disregarding its existence. All anyone knows is that he has talents for the underbelly of society. He arrived in Pandora either on foot, by plane, or under a bus; who knows, he probably doesn't. He's got a considerable amount of cash stashed here and there, even a notable amount sitting clean in a proper bank account. The only proof of this money's existence is that anyone else who's tried to touch it has disappeared. He spends little money, mostly food, tools, weaponry, and occasionally replaces his cot.
With this information Max's motives are questionable a best. Maybe someone who effed him over got away, maybe it's a girl, maybe he's on the run, or maybe he just despises the world (Anonymous: "...[Max X.] thrives when the world crumbles around him, you might even see him knock down a building or two..."). Max spends his days doing jobs for the highest bidder, and his free time disappearing and looking for jobs. He knows who needs what, when, and for how much. He has no loyalty (or sense of it) at this point and acts accordingly. Despite this fact, Max seems to do each job flawlessly, without deception or trace.
If one manages to track down Max, one would notice his nonexistent, completely professional, personality, but Max does have the capabilities to adapt to any role for a con or other purposes. Some even suspect Max to have an alter ego, a second life, even a fabled "bizzaro Max". Whatever the status of his personality is, Max knows intricately how to manipulate people and the systems they run. The more paranoid gutter rats even think he is a big boss under an extreme facade. He is not without friends, but they'll never acknowledge his existence or their friendship.
He prefers to stay inconspicuous in all situations. Whatever Max is after, it can't be bought or stolen. Otherwise, he'd have it by now.

James is an NPC. He and Eric work together all the time. He's Eric's best friend.

Bormillio flew through the door, after having seen the entire situation from a small window. He shot at the man holding Galitsky, but missed. Still it was enough to put him off. His gun fired, but as he was moving, instead hitting the floor.

Eric leaped out of the window, trying to grab James, but didn't get enough speed for the roof OR James. He felt himself reaching out, but instead missed the roof and hit the emergency stairs one floor down (-10HP). He didn't know if the girl he'd seen earlier was a friend or enemy, but he needed to get that note either way. He quickly climbed up, and for a moment, they both could see each other eye to eye.
It was her... Lombardi's famous Angel. So she was an ally...

Lucia turned from Eric, she had no time to help him. She took a quick run up and leaped to the next building, sliding in via an open window. She found herself in a small apartment with a screaming woman and two children. She rushed past quickly, opening the door and rushing down the long hallway. There were two elevators to her left, one window to her right. Lucia glanced outside to find two police cars parked outside the apartment building, elevators weren't an option.
She rushed on, crashing through the fire exit and landing in a tall completely white room with a long spiral stairway leading to the bottom.

Eric pulled himself up as bullets flew by from the police below. As he watched the Angel fly from rooftop to rooftop, Eric knew she wasn't going to give him the note easily...
Lombardi had been clear, he only got the cash if HE brought the note. He'd probably asked Angel to get it so he wouldn't need to pay Eric and James or Sergei.
With his great speed, Eric managed to get a fast run up and land on the roof of the apartment building. He made his way inside and found a fire door hanging from its hinges... That was Angel.

Sergei, in the chaos, managed to crash his way through the cops and force his way through the maintenance door. In a rush, he made his way all the way down. One cop tried to stop him, but Sergei threw his small knives at the man, hitting him fatally. Without losing speed, Sergei picked his knives up from the dead man and into the apartment complex.

Lucia finally reached the bottom, only to find a shootout occuring between the Russian guy and a group of cops.
Behind her, the other guy, Eric, appeared.
A few of the cops turned at the sight of the two and began firing. Eric, who was far enough away from the cops to be safe, called for Lucia, who was right in the middle of it, at the lobby entrance to the fire exit.
"Lucia, the note!" he yelled, his arm outstretched.
Knowing it'd be safer to give him the note than try to keep it in a firefight, Lucia threw the note back to Eric and began firing back at the cops, determined to get it back after the shootout.

Eric grabbed the note and stuck it into his pocket safely before pulling out his pistol. He could clearly see Lucia and Sergei, the competitors for Lombardi's cash. Lombardi had promised him at least $2200 which James and he agreed to share if they got the note. If Lucia and Sergei were to die... He could get the money, and share it with James if he survived too...
Eric made his decision and raised his pistol.

Eric

a) Shoot Lucia and Sergei, then escape with the money
b) Shoot Lucia, then escape with the money
c) Shoot Sergei, then escape with the money
d) Shoot Lucia then help Sergei
e) Shoot Sergei then help Lucia
f) Don't shoot either and escape with the money
g) Help them fight the cops.

Galitsky fell into Bormillio's hands, who had already called for an ambulance. Bormillio got one of the other cops to help him bring Galitsky down safely and load him into an ambulance.
When Galitsky was safely inside, Bormillio got into his car and left the rest of the police to deal with the others. He'd had enough gunfights for today, it was time to interrogate Turner and the others.

He made his way back to the police station and into the first room. Turner.
He sat down in front of the cuffed man with a grin.
"Alfred Turner, leader of the Turner family. You've got quite a reputation... Shame it's all going today. You'll have a great reputation, I'm sure, in prison. But you know, I can see that your setence is shortened a little bit. In fact, we don't even have a whole lot of evidence against you. It doesn't matter that everyone knows who you are, we need evidence. Think about it, Turner, with that, you might get off free... If you speak to me."
"What do you want to know?" Turner asked slowly. "I'm not ratting any of the Turners out."
"I want you to tell me about Lombardi. You know anything about him, any plans he has involving Mr Gaines?"
"Look, all I know, is he has some sort of plan, and he'd sent a note to someone, signed it, telling them to make sure they did their part. Apparently, some asshole winded up with the note, so Lombardi sent a bunch of guys after him."

Bormillio

a) "And what about Talbeno's factory?"
b) "Bullshit, you know more than you're telling me. Tell me more about Lombardi's plan!"
c) "That'll be all for now."
d) Other -

If you choose c), state who you want to talk to next. You have the following choices - Barmaine, James, a random member of the Turner family who was arrested. You can always come back to someone and interrogate them again.

"What about him? Guy's an asshole, what'd he wind up dead?" Turner asked with a grin.

"My men? Look, Kindig didn't do anything, he's one of my new guys. As for Alejandros, that Jamaican bastard ain't one of my guys. Lock him up, I don't give a shit."
"Do you have any idea where they are, Mr Turner?"
"No Goddamn clue, Detective. That all?"
"Look, Turner, you're going to tell me everything, or I'll make sure you spend the rest of your pitiful life rotting in prison. What else do you know about the fire?"
"I ain't saying nothin'."
Bormillio left the room with a sigh and entered the room with Barmaine.
"Mr Barmaine, you're looking at a lot of time in prison, a hell of a lot, but I can help you, as long as you tell me about the fi-"
"Elias didn't do nothin'! Just because Talbeno made up some bullshit story about an assault, don't mean it was Elias. 'Sides, Talbeno's the one that shot at 'im."
"Wait, assault, shots? Tell me about the assault, Mr Barmaine."
"Aw, fuck. You didn't know?"
"Barmaine, tell me." Bormillio growled sternly. He was getting tired of these guys and their accents. They gave Italian Americans a bad name.
"Talbeno says Elias snapped, knocked him out when he worked for the bastard," said Joe. "It's bullshit though."
"Joe, you're lying to me, aren't you?"
"Alright, it's true, but he needed to. I saw it all. Talbeno was workin' him like a pig, insulting him, everythin'!"
"And what about the shots, Barmaine?"
"Talbeno tried to shoot him with a bloody shotgun during the fire! Woulda killed him if it weren't for the Jamaican fella."
"So, Elias WAS there?"
Barmaine turned away and swore quietly.
"Barmaine, you need to tell me the truth. I know you've got loyalty to your friend, but it needs to stop now. You've gotta tell me the truth, Barmaine."
Barmaine put his head down to the desk between he and Bormillio. He lifted it up slowly and spoke, "No, I can't break the Omerta."
"The Omerta wont make a difference when you're in jail, and two guys make you drop the bloody soap. I already know that Elias was there, you just told me. I can go over there and arrest him for arson and assault right now, or maybe, you can tell me some more information, some information that might help him. Tell me why he did it, Barmaine. Tell me everything."
"He hated Talbeno, but more importantly, Talbeno hated him. It was as simple as that."
"Barmaine, I'm gonna let you in on a secret. The Pandora Police Department has wanted to pin something on Talbeno for a while... Hell, we've had experienced cops go bad to try and frame him. We're all pretty sure he's got more to him than a simple guy running a factory. If you can tell me something about Talbeno, I might even be able to help Elias out and get Talbeno in some trouble."
"I don't know much... I know some guys have 'disappeared' after getting on his bad side, that's about it."
"Alright, well Mr Barmaine I'm sorry, but I'm arresting you...
