Weird Servery type question

Can you turn a lolmac into a server? My gf recently got a new lolmac and has given me her old one, I was wondering if I could use it as some form of small server for games like terraria and gmod etc

I'm sure you can find the software for it depending on the game, and if its specs are good enough you should be fine.
