Some medical advice, if you please

Here, in Britain, it is slowly turning to summer. Now normally this is great and fun and woohoo etc but for me i have some weird trouble with it. Every year I seemingly overheat which causes me to vomit after which point i'm fine for the rest of the day. I dont know why this happens and dont much care for it but the temperatures in which i overheat are normal temperatures for summer like 20 degree's Celsius. Personally, i'm getting sick of it* but i went to my GP and they insist its a 'bug' even though it happens every year. I think its something to do with homeostasis. Could somebody please figure out someway to fix this thing.
Thank you,
Wildwill002
P.S. I realise 20 degrees c dont seem very high in other countries but i'm British
P.P.S Lord, before you say it masturbation is not really gonna help is it
P.P.P.S I'm NOT gonna google it before you ask.
*No pun intended

If you're overheating, drink water. Lots of water.

You should masticate.

Erm... Sit in front of a fan? Only go outside when there's a breeze?
Is there anything you can take to calm your stomach maybe?

Avoid Salt in any way shape or form. Drink lots of water, ONLY water.
Most soft drinks only worsen thirst and don't really refresh you.

I've tried cocodamal or however you spell it but that doesn't seem to work.
And it's not really thirst or water, granted they cool you down, it's sort of having random hot flushes and then feeling ill
It's already happened twice to me this year Y_Y
I've heard of the same sort of thing happening to other people and it not really being able to be controlled. In some cases it causes fainting instead of vomiting

I usually google and self diagnose myself.
Check that article out and ask google a thing or two if you're curious. Best way to know about the cause is to educate yourself about the problem.

Hyponatremia can also cause severe and sudden vomitting; salt intake is important even in summer, if Will happens to have low blood sodium levels which are crashing even more as he drinks more water in hot weather, which might counter-intuitively make you feel hot as your body works hard to produce sweat to bring you back to homeostasis.
Will, when you feel ill, what specifically do you feel? Is it JUST nausea? How many ounces of water do you drink in a day, and what is your diet like? Are you finding yourself needing a "bio break" more often or less often than usual?

With regards to the salt thing: put some one your tongue. If you can't taste it, apparently it means you need more.
Not sure if that's true or not (it sounds pretty made up), but someone said that to me.

Kindy thanks for the help,
It's pretty much nausea with stomach cramps and headaches. I have at least 4 pints of milk a day (thats the most reliable figure i can give you) and my diet is pretty crappy. I've not had an apple in years and i'm constantly spending up to £10 on sweets a week. My 'bio breaks' as you call them are pretty normal although they do sometimes increase a little.
Dupe, me my sis and her bf will try that now and get back to you

Yeah, that's why I adviced only water. Energy drinks = Dehydration which is also why I mentioned the salts which brought some interesting theories.

Hot flashes (also known as hot flushes, or night sweats if they happen at night) are a symptom of the changing hormone levels that are considered to be characteristic of menopause.
So Will is a woman going through the menopause?

Stay in the shade; dress lightly.
