Bit of a money predicament...

Ok, so some of you may know that since december 2011 i've been on my laptop as my main computer got bored and deleted windows then proceeded to destroy everything else and because of this the best game i can play is dawn of war soulstorm.

Due to this, my parents have agreed to pay halfway for a new computer if i get my half first. The computer i want to get cost £700 so i need to make up £350 to get it.

Here's the problem; I'm not very social or confident when it comes to strangers (I make friends by getting already friends to introduce me to their friends) and cant really work very well in a job like a game or clothes store because i'm too quiet and not confident enough and i procrastinate waaaay too much. Annoyingly that's all there is around here so I need to somehow acquire money from the internet but this leads to another problem. I cant do anything that people would see as worth buying or donating to.

TL;DR: I'm poor, unsocial, cant make anything worth donating to and need money for a new PC

Anyone got advice for a person in my predicament.

Oh and if it affects anything (Which it probably will irl) i'm 16

My advice?
Suck it up.
People make me uncomfortable, i work in a place full of them. If you really want the money then you can try and get a job and get yo damn computer.

Get a job in a shop. It'll sort out your social awkwardness. I'm reluctant to tell you to 'man up', but just go for it, it'll improve you.

I cant man up... And my mother is now assisting me in finding somewhere to stack shelves like Morrisons or something. My last job was in a fishmongers, the pay wasn't great, the stink was intense and I eventually got fired after I accidently possibly poisoned some people...

LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL

Sorry, had to laugh.
Well, get a job. I hear sainsburys pay little to nothing. Some guy I know worked in the bakery there, you need no qualifications, just a willing attitude and you barely have to talk to anyone. And learning to use the equipment gets you ukkas points or whatever I dunno lol

Like the others said as well, you need to grow up a bit regarding how shy you are. I’ve been there mate, totally with you. I started working in construction, moved onto McDonalds and now I work costumer service in a resort.

All of these jobs have one thing in common; can you guess what it is? I’ll tell ya…

YOU EVENTUALLY GET USED TO THEM

At the beginning it’s scary because you don’t really know your place and you don’t have a routine to follow nor have the experience to deal with certain situations that a veteran would otherwise have. Eventually, once you get the flow going you'll be top dog and teaching newbies watcho know

What’s the worst that could happen? You get fired for trying? Creeper Puhleeeeeze. Life is full of success and disappointment. Going to have to man up and jump out there! =D

You’ll find yourself learning neat things all the time, want to or not.
