Good Video Capturing Programs for Windows 8?

Hey its me! I've been wanting to create youtube videos for quite some time now. However, I cannot find an adequate recording software. Any suggestions? (Softwares that can record voice and game are helpful :P)

The reason you cannot find any good recording software is because Windows 8.
