I was just wondering, as I have slowed down on minecraft and have been balencing it with Sims 2, if anyone else plays it.

I used to play quite a bit - I had most of the expansion packs.

Just before I got a new computer, I had a huge manor which had seen many generations of the family come through it. I was sort of compulsive, and had to make sure every single family member reached the top of their career, so I amassed quite a fortune (supplemented by sales in my jacuzzi store - seriously, jacuzzi's are the way to go!).

I love how random occurrences make the game come to life, and add a little charm to it. A good example is when the head of the household was killed by his own creation (a robot who malfunctioned and violently electrocuted him).

I have The Sims 3 now, but I haven't played it half as much.

Fire rooms? I've set people on fire before, but I'm not sure if that's what you mean...

Yup, "Open for Business".

You could have shops, restaurants, clubs, and other businesses. One of the better expansion packs in my opinion.

Oh yeah sorry, we were talking about The Sims 2.

I don't play 3 all that much, or have any of the expansions.

Fire rooms are rooms with fridges on the perimeter of the room(they turn into towering infernos when lit), rugs all over the floor, and a fire machine from Night Life in every corner. I had one that lagged my computer so much, some of the fire became infinte. It is the fastest way to kill a sim.

I used to do something similar, only it was a fenced off area full of potted trees or bushes. Then I made them pop something in an oven, and moved it into the new area, along with them (only out of their reach). They basically signed their own death certificate. :P
