APB:R just went into open beta. I've been playing it a lot this last week and I'm really enjoying it!

It's basically like a GTA online with a cops and robbers twist. It's considerably improved since it was shut down roughly a year ago. It's got fantastic customization tools for editing your car, clothes, even music!

With permission from a mod I'll post some pictures of my character and car, seeing as they're slightly pony-related.

Sure. But this isn't an FPS, it's from a third person perspective.

I play on Joker as PrincessCelestia.

This game is completely impossible for new people. I can fire 30 bullets into someone, and get killed in two. I use cover, I flank, and I make sure I'm at the right range for my gun. What am I supposed to do? I haven't gotten a single kill, but I've died about 40 times.

Then you're doing it wrong, if you catch me on Vent ask me and I'll hook up with you and we can murder some people.

Don't have Vent, or a headset/ mic for my PC.

How large is the download? (I live in Australia so I don't have unlimited bandwidth)

Everyone, this is an EXTREMELY memory consuming game, and it literally takes up 1.5gb of memory while I'm using it. Luckily, I have 8GBs of RAM, but for other computers, you're going to have a hard time. It's much more demanding than even GTA IV. Keep all of that in mind, but it is truly still a very, very fun game. NA Joker is probably your best bet of a server.

My Crim has 3 bought cars (2 on the Auction House and 1 from Contact), and I have discovered that Patriot Vegas G20s are REALLY fun! (Driving is my fave part of APB)

The level of customization you can achieve is simply amazing, and after 30 mins in the editor, I managed to make a "Code Monkey" logo

I also happen to play on NA Joker, so search for me when im on (Basically anytime, lol) and maybe we can go kill someone or rob someplace or jump off of something in really fast cars
