Is anyone else here a Magic player? Innistrad details are getting released bit by bit at PAX right now and I'm PUMPED! Confirmed for the set so far are double-sided cards that have a "Transform" ability, the return of the Flashback mechanic, a keyword called Morbid (if a creature died the turn you cast ~, do X), a new enchantment subtype (Curse), and this wonderful little list from the lead designer:
  • A card based on a silver-bordered white card
  • A token-making sorcery which makes more creature tokens than any previous token-making spell (not counting X spells or spells that make a variable number)
  • An enchantment that could let you play all your creatures for free
  • A spell that can deal 13 damage to multiple creatures for one mana (and yes, I mean 13 damage multiple times)
  • Many—and I'm talking more than a few—cards inspired by famous horror stories
  • A card that turns a loss into a win
  • A two-mana creature that lets you make a 2/2 creature each turn for two mana
  • A card that lets you exchange your life total with something you've never been able to exchange it with before
  • A planeswalker with five loyalty abilities
Rounding it all off is the "graveyard matters" theme, with many Lhurgoyf-inspired effects to be found. Also, in all likelihood, the 5-ability Planeswalker is Garruk 3.0, and he will have Transform.

EDIT: Mechanics are up on Daily MTG.

I haven't played Magic in a long time. Double-sided cards? Wouldn't the other guy be able to see it in your hand then?

What they've done is basically created official proxies. They're cards with the regular Magic back that have a checklist of all the double-sided cards on it, so you check one and put that in your deck. You can play it, and once it's in play you switch it out for the real thing.
