not my favourite have to many for a list but i really liked in bioshock 2 the Frank Fontaine diary in the Fontaine Futuristics section as it is really well done.

That was probably one of the deepest and most emotional storylines that I've ever played through. First game that made me tear up twice throughout. ;_;
