Texture packs

First off, I didn't know where I should put this so please redirect me if I'm wrong.
Does anyone here have a texture pack they made? If so I'd love to see it or take tips on making one.
I'm currently making one so I'll try to put that on when I'm done with it.
Also custom skins and skin making tips would be nice, I *Underline might underline* make one so if I do I'll post that too
Any advise would be great!
