Signs of your sanity slipping?

So recently, I have noticed I have been less sain >_<... THe top 3 reasons
1.Complaining about stuff that is pointless.(Warm soda ETC)
2. Randomly Spamming "QUAAAAARRR QUAAAAAAR!" At people in steam -.-
3. Using pharases like: Quantum Fluctuator -.-
And 4. Im not referencing ponies every other minute -.-
