A message from the office of Skunk -

Here in Australia, it's 6:13... 13 minutes after the rapture was supposedly meant to start and begin hell on Earth. However, I see no earthquakes and nobody appears to be beaming up into the Heavens, so I assume the only people who will be unhappy with today will be the 20,000 that quit their job believing that the rapture would occur today.

Pfft, everyone knows God works on Eastern Standard Time. That crap won't happen until 6 PM in the US. :-p

nonono. it would start from 6PM GMT. we are the centre of the world after all

If I remember correctly, the dude said it was 6PM local time for each timezone... so it'd be a cascading rapture, I guess? Notwithstanding the assignment of timezones, not to mention the 24-hour day, as a manmade construct.

Also notwithstanding the date, "May 21," being a manmade construct of what appears to us to be a cyclical event (the year) but is in fact a straight line in 4-dimensional spacetime.

But God doesn't care about Australia. That's why it's all the way on the other side of the map relative to USA.

The guy is 89. Not everyone can retain their faculties quite so well as I have.
