I constantly see those anime looking characters, but i still do not know what they are from, much less care what they are from. so if anyone wants to tell me where they are from, i don't care.

The girl is a Vocoloid called Hatsune Miku. She's basically a singing program with a face.

Elaborating on Kindys response. It's Vocaloid, the chick in the green hair specifically is the host called Miku.

Vocaloid is a japanese singing software where you type words and it sings it with Mikus robotic but well synced voice which you can adjust accordingly with the software.

It's amusing, go check youtube for Vocaloid things.

Also you can have her as a google theme. I has it ^_^

Don't care much about the Vocaloid - impressive use of technology, but I really like the song, so thanks.

The original video for that (the Jamiroquai one) used to freak me out majorly when I was younger.
