So, no soft drinks
or candy
or chocolate
or sugary gum(sugarless is fine, but artificial sugars have been found to have carcinogens, and are banned in the EU)
or smoothie things.
Also, eat most of the fat you're gonna eat in the morning, because you will have enough time to burn it off by the end of the day, but don't pig out all the mornings, or it'll do more harm than good.
Also, eat your fruits when you want sugar, thinks like bananas and apples are oranges are actually pretty damn sweet.
Big no-no on the fruit juices, as they are mostly sugar, The "Only 12% Juice" on the back of juices is pretty scary, just stay away from them.
Also, may I recommend Greek Yogurt? I eat this Yogurt called "Chobani" in the mornings(usually around 6:40 or so) and it'll hold you without problems until about 1. You can also mix it with honey or fruits(IMO, buy the one with honey already in it, because you probably will not like the taste of the normal one, as it is pretty weird, and the honey one tastes pretty good. :S)
That's all I have, good luck to you sir.
Why thank you. All good advice.
Yes, juice is quite evil. All the sugary goodness without the nutrition and it does not satisfy hunger and will most likely give you the munchies. Evil... pure evil.
I try as best as I can to avoid meat fats, I'm more of a Vegan kinda person when it comes to eating healthy. I use pure whey protein to make up for the lack of protein in my work outs.
My mornings mostly revolves around a fruit, most preferably a banana and a nice hot cup of tea. I some times eat a 100% wheat sandwhich with turkey and a spoon of hummus and blue cheese <3 Yummy <3
oh, and yes. Sugars and white flour products ( or any simple carbs related ) = Big NONO
