Redstone, in my opinion, is what seperates Minecraft from alot of sandbox block placing games. You can tell of it's success if you look at things like Terraria which, eventually, added wires ( The equivalent of Redstone )


So, what do YOU think of Redstone? Is it a big part of your Minecraft creations?

Redstone was the best thing to happen to minecraft since freeze dried water.

mine craft needs to take lessons from terraria. How when not holding a certain item you cant see the wires, this would make redstone that much more awesome. also you can place wire vertical in terraria

Something official for multiplayer. Otherwise that mod is the best thing evar! I played around with it in the past, big overhaul.

I don't use redstone. I just don't see any use for it.

I only use redstone for toggleable lights and such. I don't get into the ultra-complex contraptions people make, because my brain would implode from the stress of trying to figure it out.

I don't use redstone. Like what it does, but just don't use it. Although I'm sure if i learned how to do anything I'd incorporate it more. All I know how to do is make doors that work from a variety of reasons
