No sugar! Why contaminate perfectly good tea? Sugar is reserved for early morning coffee (an inferior drink).

I tend to use 2-3 spoons of honey, but when I use sugar I tend to use 2-7 spoons, it all depends on the tea I'm drinking, some tea don't need the suger at all, but some do, and some need honey.

I tend to drink rich or sweet flavors of tea (sweet being the petrol tea that Sneaky and I so much enjoy), so I don't use sugar with mine.

Around 2-3 for me depending on the tea, if I use it. I usually use honey in my hot tea, and sugar in my cold tea. :3
