apologies to Andrew

I'd like to apologize to Andrew_Dayton for losing my temper today and banning unrightfully. While I won't go into details, he can if he chooses to, I let my feelings over rule good morals and sensibilities. I shouldn't let that cloud my thinking, and I did today.
