Concerning the Ultraluxe North and its Location

There have been several instances in the last few weeks of people putting holes in the Ultraluxe's walls and using dirt as a bridge to reach the UFO nearest it. Honestly I'm getting a bit tired of having to hop up there and fix everything, especially when the griefing is on the corners of the building. I don't know why the UFO is still there if it's been blown to pieces (partly my doing), and there have also been several occurrences of people climbing up there to loot the Lapis/Diamonds/Glowstone.

What I'm asking is that people stop using my building to get to the UFO, please. It's no fun for me.

The UFO was most likely un-cuboided after it was destroyed. Otherwise it wouldn't have been damaged further in CakeTown 2.0. I really don't mind the others, just that this one attracts attention because it's not cuboided and it gets my building griefed.

Not until last night, no. First couple times, I thought it would pass. But yesterday I was having a bad day and when I saw the griefing I decided I was sick of it, so I called Milo and he checked it out. Trust me, I'd cuboid it if I had the funds. As I said before, I think that UFO should be gone anyway. It's in pieces.
