I'm just going to put this out there.

I did what Vallorn did with the first one, but I kept the proportion of the text intact. I suspect, perhaps I'm wrong, that whoever put it together converted a word of text (or an image with the word) to ASCII. It's not about the binary at all, it's all about the 1s.

So I excluded the 0s, and there's something interesting:
Image

I now believe that it is certainly a word comprised of 7 letters. Notice how each letter has a thick left column of two 11s. I suspect the number of 1s on a line in each letter represents the thickness of that part of the letter. There are some fonts that do this, where they emphasize one part of the letter, and not another part. A good example is Niagara Engraved in Microsoft Word. Notice also that the 2nd letter and the 6th letter are the same letter; I would suspect either an "R" or a "K".

On the same tangent. The multicolors make it somewhat harder to make out, i connected the 1's and made it black and white for simplicity. It was done rather quick, so not my usual neatness.

If it is in fact ASCII, perhaps it'd be more clear using a character other than 1's. Can someone convert it to dashes or something and see if it's any better?

Spoiler: There are no patterns or images in the binary.

Binary to decimal, then numbers to letters. Go for it. The trollin' was fun while it lasted, but it's getting kinda painful to watch you guys heading further and further off the track...

Yeah, I think it's not a straight 1:1 conversion. Which means 4 = something other than D. But if we discover that 4 = S, does that mean that 5 = T, or is this like a cryptoquote puzzle whereby any number could be any particular letter? Those, I'm not very good at.

Plus, all the numbers are smushed together, so you don't know if the sequence "2215" is "2 2 1 5," "22 1 5," "2 21 5," "2 2 15," or "22 15."

This kind puzzle really only works when you have either a massive active user community (think Steam), or you have a bunch of hackers and math geeks handy. Without knowing where the divisions between the characters are, there is no way to solve this.

Spoiler #2: Screw the first binary sequence, you'll never work that one out. Focus on the blue one. The spaces between the strings of digits are significant.
