Appealing features of a human being ( first impressions )

Post by Zinrius » 26 May 2011, 20:14

What features do you find look in them to be appealing when they're making a first impression on you ?

I personally go for the way they say greet you. You can tell a lot about a persons manners by the way they greet you.

You did ask. I find breasts to be a very appealing feature of female human being.

Agree with the greet. The smile is good too.

Not necessarily a first impression per se, but one of the first impressions that gets stuck in my head is how they deal with somebody from service, i.e. a waiter or cashier. No hello/thank you/goodbye = no interest from my side. Smalltalk and a smile give bonuses, though.

Yeah, definitely. If they don't acknowledge people who are helping them, I don't acknowledge them.

Oh, right, another thing I look out for (kinda because i'm being forced) is how they talk. If they sound like a high school dropout, use the German equivalent of "[he|she] (was) like, "totally"/"y'know" [verb]" or don't know in what order object, verb and subject belong...

I pay an awful lot of attention to handshakes. If someone crushes my hand or somehow forgets to grip my hand while introducing themselves, I get sort of rubbed the wrong way.

Hmm... If i had to choose just first impressions, it's confidence-level, handshake, and all-around air of the person. If they seem timid, or like they're a complete douchebag, then I try to avoid them. For things I find attractive in people, outside of just meeting them, I focus on eyes, plus being cute helps. ;3
