Ranking:
Why not make it simpler? Start at the bottom and work up.
Bottom is the privates, not entirely trusted as they are new to the team so best not to show the base yet
Soldiers next, standard members that have access to most areas in the team and the armourys
scouts, scan nearby areas for bases and groups and have same access as soldiers
Medics. Important to any team as they give out food before the missions and provide food when called
Armourers. like medics except they make armour and weapons and give that out.
Gatherers/looters. Search high and low for bases. If the base is occupied they call in some soldiers. When empty, they tear the base apart for its valuables. NOTE: MUST BE TRUSTED BY 2+ LEADERS?
Stockpilers. Maintain warehouses across the maps to store the valuables. Give out required valuables for building/weapons etc.
Quatermasters. A combination of armourers, medics and stockpilers, they possibly maintain and look over those classes
Shadows. Elite members that protect the leaders of the group and are the most trusted members. They can carry out special missions and coordinate attacks if needed.
Sub-leaders. Members that have achieved high enough rank to control a group or task force of other members.
Leaders. The big bosses. You take orders from them and they control all those in the group. Any crime occuring in the group must be brought to their attention and punishment will be dealt swiftly.(May include getting a death warrant put on you for the shadows to see.)

Temporary Rank Advancement!
Today, I have given Vallorn general of the army for until I return. Once I return, I will reclaim my position, And I may retake the position for a day for a operation, But most likely Vallorn will be your officer for a week to 2 weeks. Vallorn, If you have any troubles with members not cooperating, I will handle them, Personally.
