This map should aleviate the curiosity a bit. I provided the map, now I'm to lazy to continue research, but I think a simple google search of each individual room in Moria should provide good ideas on it's detail and purpose.

We have already built: The Shire, Moria, Annuminas, Rivendell, Bree, Weathertop and I'm pretty sure Lothlorien is up next :D

We could still beat them to Helm's Deep or Orthanc?

I must admit, I know nothing about the Lord of The Rings, but I'd be happy to offer my skills in massively destroying tunnels, and then building. :D
