I wish to file a lawsuit against yr04sbailey for constantly camping at the pvp spawn and /spawning whenever he is attacked. He doesnt play PVP fairly and i am tired of this. I am willing to go up against him in court for this offense

Will, there will be no complaints about PvP, its fair game there within the rules of what the server lets you do. He is not glitching, so he is not breaking any rules. We made this very clear in the PvP rules thread.

Get four or five guys with diamond swords and deal with the problem yourselves. Commands still take time to type in.

I'd like to start a class-action lawsuit on any and all lava, on grounds of damage and/or destruction to property, physical and psychological damage to myself, and trespassing of private property. I'd like compensation for all 4, and anyone who wants to participate in this can.(Just quote this)

It says you can sue a player or moderator, not inanimate objects.

But since Vallorn is the embodiment of lava, you could sue him instead.
