It was surprisingly difficult. I guess I'm just not hardcore enough. :/
Reminded me a bit of an old game I used to play called Chip's Challenge. A lot of elements were similar, including moving rocks into holes so you can cross, getting the skates to walk on the ice, and using the flippers to swim. I suspect he drew inspiration from that.
EDIT: Just finished it.

I made it to the room full of ghosts before I died. The golden ghost shot me.

How do you open the first gate thing? The instructions aren't really helpful.

I got to the catacombs, but those shooty-things got me after a while.
"He's like fire, and ice, and rage.
He's like the night, and the storm in the heart of the sun.
He's ancient and forever.
He burns at the centre of time and he can see the turn of the universe.
And... he's wonderful."

The one in this was a lot easier than the ones in Pokemon though.
The ice pillar puzzles in each Pokemon game annoyed me :/

I'm just bad at that type of puzzle. Mazes I can do, but that... I would spend an hour just trying to navigate my way through.
