I'd say about 300 blocks. I'll find a mod which extends the world height to at least 400 and get on it ASAP.

Not from the movie, but from the HBO show, yeah. It's from Tribute. That's the only version I've seen to have the Stairway to Heaven bit, so it's my favorite. :o
