The OPs advise and handle the day to day operational duties, overseeing the moderating side of the server and are the final say on anything to do with policing the server. The admins are in charge of the technical aspects and have the final say on anything to do with performance or plugin configurations pertaining to keeping the server running smoothly.
This is also in the meet the staff thread, but I wanted to post this here for discussion and if anyone has questions. We do have inactive mods as well, those aren't listed on purpose.

That is a huge number of mods lol, didn't even realize we had that many XP and more that are inactive!? wow...
and is Sneaky really only classified as an OP? o.o i think there should be a seperate box for Sneaky that saids [Founder] - The guy who started all this next to your name wokka
