Signing up! It runs so crap from here though. Gotta VPN through the uni network and it makes me rubberband like crazy, even with low-ping servers.

U want sniper counter as Russians? Use SVD! Give it a bipod, 4x and flash surpressor. They'll never see you coming...

Incidently, it doesn't seem to be letting Consolers join the 'toon with their console 'soldiers' so, again, do you want someone to create individual 360 and PS3 platoons?

I prefer to be well rounded, which is why I chose Engi to be my main class. A healthy mix of short, mid, and long range combat (if you're decent compensating for distance with the RPG), while still holding your own against armor.

If you all want to make your own platoons for consoles, go for it.

Anyways, I like that recon set-up you suggested, but without the scope. I prefer to use recon as a battle rifle class. Plus, the scopes have glare that gives away your position.

i dont think the 4X scope causes glare...

M16 with a heavy barrel, foregrip and holographic sights is beast.

I'm still kinda sad the M16 doesn't have a 3 round burst option. That is how the US military uses the M16 after all.

M16A4 can only do that and semi-. I think the A3 can't do three round burst...

not a big fan of the torch or laser except on pistols... they just dont seem to do anything for me...

I use the laser on the SVD. It tightens hip fire spread to make me not quite as useless when running around in the underground section.

(sorry, but since it came out literally a few days ago in a seperate area I hadn't even thought to check Battlelog...)

I'm redoing the Escapecraft Xbox Platoon on behalf of MrJ, since he has very limited access to the computer. I'm using the PC versions logo as before for continuity. Join if you can, since at the moment the platoon is getting its stats from my games, which are pretty poor at the moment

I had that problem today, there is no other way to verify it for Xbox other than log in, and even then it took a few hours to let me onto Battlelog.
